Seasoned management, ambitious developers
The founders of E2E in Rotterdam gained their first offshore development experience in 2001. The personal relations with the management of the development center in Lahore date from 2003, when it was still an ABN-AMRO subsidiary. Many small and large projects have been delivered since then. Our combined and broad experience has led to joint ownership and management of E2E and the concept of blended teams.
Over the years many things have changed. Working in blended teams has become easier. Communication has greatly improved with tools like Skype, VOIP, chat, video conferencing, wiki’s, screen casting and online project management. And, more important, we have mastered the do’s and don’ts of successful inshore cooperation.
The blended management team consists of Berry Tanis, Shoaeb Shams, Jan Verkooijen and Aqeel Ahmad. They have a history of working together since 2003 and have a very good personal relationship. Furthermore they all have management experience at large international companies and are much aware of how team management should be done effectively.
E2E is a popular employer for software professionals because we offer international working experience. This enables us to recruit top talent from the best universities. We have a well developed recruitment, selection and career management process in place. Only graduates in computer sciences from these universities and with strong communication skills are considered for jobs as developer within E2E.
